About the role
- Data Analyst responsible for organizing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making at Neogrid, a data intelligence technology ecosystem. Collaborate with businesses to build insights and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Extract, organize and clean datasets from multiple sources
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports in Power BI
- Develop monitoring spreadsheets and detailed analyses in Excel or Google Sheets
- Support business areas with ad hoc analyses, performance indicators (KPIs) and data visualizations
- Ensure the integrity, consistency and quality of the information used in analyses
- Prepare executive presentations with conclusions and data-driven recommendations
- Identify patterns, trends and opportunities from data to support strategic decisions
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or related fields
- Prior experience in data analysis and dashboard creation
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of SQL and database manipulation
- Ability to create clear and objective presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights
- Proactive in seeking improvements and opportunities
- Organized, critical-thinking and results-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration with different teams
- Experience with ETL tools or report automation (plus)
