About the role

  • Conduct process mapping, produce As-Is diagrams, and present findings identifying opportunities, as well as develop presentations summarizing the process diagnostics performed;
  • Propose a To-Be process aligned with client expectations;
  • Develop functional specifications for systems focused on the changes introduced by the new processes;
  • Provide functional support to the technical team during solution development;
  • Work across Change Management pillars, such as Stakeholder Engagement, Training, Communication Plan, identification and handling of issues and risks, and post-rollout support;
  • Maintain high interaction with the project team, the client and other stakeholders to diagnose needs and review solution designs; able to define and execute an engagement strategy and develop/apply an action plan for stakeholder management;
  • Support control of project scope and manage the escalation process to ensure adherence to schedule and scope;
  • Build and monitor a risk matrix, including development of action plans and follow-up on risk mitigation;
  • Support other consultants with project demands;
  • Prepare managerial and executive presentations.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree completed — all majors welcome!
  • Knowledge and experience in projects;
  • Desirable: knowledge of procurement/purchasing processes;
  • Consulting experience is a plus;
  • Ability to frequently update oneself on new technology trends;
  • Negotiation, planning, conflict management and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members;
  • Resilience and a strong ability to seek synergies and identify quick wins;
  • Self-management and the ability to manage time and deliverables;
  • Flexibility to change and openness to proposing new ideas;
  • Ease in handling and interpreting process data;
  • Ability to create structured PowerPoint presentations with consistent storytelling and, preferably, data-driven content;
  • Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
  • Strong communication skills with clients.
