About the role

  • Receive, organize and keep the documentation of pedagogical mediators up to date;
  • Interface with the People & Management and Attraction & Selection teams, ensuring the end-to-end flow of hiring processes;
  • Monitor deadlines and stages of selection processes, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines;
  • Support the monitoring and updating of area indicators, contributing to analysis and continuous improvement of processes;
  • Assist in communication and alignment of administrative and academic requests with regional and corporate teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy or related fields);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to liaise across areas and work collaboratively;
  • Organized, results-oriented and attentive to deadlines;
  • Good problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments;
  • Previous experience in academic processes, educational administrative support or campus management;
  • Experience delivering trainings and presentations;
  • Experience in higher education institutions is a plus.
