Responsibilities

- Help maintain data rooms and track deliverables across different project workstreams.
- Maintain transaction tracking spreadsheets, timelines, and progress reports.

- Conduct research on potential acquisition targets, including game studios, content platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Monitor industry trends, user engagement metrics, and competitive developments.
- Participate in team meetings to develop an understanding of M&A processes and gain exposure to valuation techniques, deal structuring, and integration planning.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Internship or background in corporate finance, strategy, private equity, or investment banking is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
- Interest in and exposure to the video games and entertainment sector is a plus.
