Lead the development Inyova’s marketing strategy, aligned with Inyova Strategy 2026
Own the annual marketing budgeting process and ensure efficient resource allocation across channels and initiatives
Drive Inyova’s tone of voice and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Oversee PR, strategic website upgrades, and visual language alignment
Increase customer lifetime value (CLTV) by, e.g., driving upselling initiatives, cross-selling initiatives, or increasing customer retention
Grow customer happiness, measured as NPS, and gather customer insights to continuously improve Inyova’s value proposition
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or customer lifecycle management, ideally in fintech, sustainability, or digital products
Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
A track record in delivering tangible results, backed by data
A track record in project management and ownership, from concept to execution
Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (German and French are a plus)
