About the role

  • Lead the development Inyova’s marketing strategy, aligned with Inyova Strategy 2026
  • Own the annual marketing budgeting process and ensure efficient resource allocation across channels and initiatives
  • Drive Inyova’s tone of voice and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Oversee PR, strategic website upgrades, and visual language alignment
  • Increase customer lifetime value (CLTV) by, e.g., driving upselling initiatives, cross-selling initiatives, or increasing customer retention
  • Grow customer happiness, measured as NPS, and gather customer insights to continuously improve Inyova’s value proposition

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or customer lifecycle management, ideally in fintech, sustainability, or digital products
  • Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • A track record in delivering tangible results, backed by data
  • A track record in project management and ownership, from concept to execution
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (German and French are a plus)
  • A passion for impact and sustainability, and a drive to make investing meaningful for everyone.
