  • Marketing Specialist at Industrial Application Software GmbH developing and executing comprehensive advertising campaigns. Collaborating with teams and overseeing online marketing strategies in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns and strategies (online and offline)
  • Plan and support promotional events and competitions
  • Maintain cross-marketing partnerships with other companies
  • Produce and publish social media content
  • Optimize websites for search engines (SEO)
  • Analyze web traffic data
  • Conduct customer surveys to gain a better understanding of market segments
  • Coordinate with organizational teams to develop and standardize the company’s digital assets
  • Monitor the performance of digital assets and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Research digital trends and marketing technology tools that align with digital marketing strategies and propose implementation plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with overall marketing and corporate objectives
  • Assist in formulating strategies to create a lasting digital connection with our global offices
  • Oversee the organization’s online marketing strategy by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights
  • Plan and manage the company’s ongoing social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Actively shape our tone of voice to deliver engaging brand and product messages to our target audiences
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create storytelling opportunities and produce content about our brand, products, and technologies
  • Take ownership of our PR strategy and liaise with external partners and agencies worldwide
  • Prepare and coordinate executive participation in conferences and events, including speaker opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of B2B technology, international trade, software, and ERP
  • 5+ years of experience in PR or executive communications
  • Experience writing for multiple digital formats – emails, articles, blog posts, social media updates, sales collateral, infographics, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in PR & Marketing
