Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of tactical marketing campaigns that bring our international marketing strategy to life.
The driving force behind campaign coordination, working closely with both global and local teams to ensure consistent and effective execution.
Develop and create tactical marketing campaigns in line with the international marketing strategy taking the lead in coordinating and guiding these efforts.
Generate support and motivate local markets to execute the marketing plans effectively.
Ensure alignment by monitoring and supporting local teams in implementing the marketing strategy.
Monitor implementation of marketing plans and actions, making optimizations as needed for better outcomes.
Act as a linking pin between the Marketing team, E-Business, and global departments like Commerce, CX, and Category Management.
Drive strong collaboration with local marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Optimize internal marketing processes, ensuring tools, workflows, and procedures are efficient and effective.
Lead and participate in international marketing projects, coordinating efforts to drive success across markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
3-5 years of relevant work experience
experience in developing and executing multi-channel, integrated campaigns
at least some basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
a proactive and positive attitude, an open-mind and adaptability with a test-and-learn approach
understanding the importance of analysing campaigns and optimize accordingly
excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (additional EU languages are a plus)
ability and willingness to work in our offices in both Varsseveld and Utrecht, for at least 2 days a week.
