About the role

  • Create compelling marketing assets such as company brochures, spec sheets, banners, event stands, and merchandise matched specifically to different customers persona.
  • Drive the development of high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and presentations in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Coordinate external contractors (designers, web developers, printers, etc.) to produce polished, on-brand materials.
  • Manage and maintain company website content, ensuring updates reflect the latest technology and messaging.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to build awareness through clear communication of the value and applications of Quantum Brilliance’s technology to decision-makers and technical audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and collateral.
  • Contribute to event planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Track and report on marketing deliverables and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a high-tech or deep-tech B2B environment.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously — able to take an idea from concept to delivery.
  • Experience managing external agencies or freelancers for design, web, or content work.
  • Evidence-based mindset to drive the decision making process.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A hands-on, practical mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Experience in creating marketing collaterals.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Confidence and familiarity with effective leveraging of AI tools to boost productivity without trading off quality.
  • Attention to details, cross-team collaboration, hunger to learn, adaptable to feedback.
  • Nice-to-have: Basic content creation or design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with website management.
  • Nice-to-have: Interest in quantum computing, advanced computing, or emerging technologies.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Nice-to-have: Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including market analysis, product positioning, and messaging.
