About the role

  • Lead all levels of proposal and related pursuit activity
  • Participate in annual business planning and recurring regional pipeline meetings
  • Develop capture plans for major pursuits and help maintain a strong capture rate (>40%)
  • Conduct client research as needed
  • Manage the proposal process for all levels of submittals, lead proposal kick-off and update meetings
  • Develop and edit proposal sections, manage quality, and ensure proposals adhere to requirements
  • Prepare customized collateral and SOQs throughout the sales process
  • Prepare client presentations including slide decks, rehearsal/coaching, and graphics/leave-behinds
  • Collect and file up-to-date information in systems and databases for use by marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • AEC (Architecture, Engineering, & Construction) experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Utilize effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Comfortable working with multiple tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively
