About the role

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities across Norway, the UK, and Ireland
  • Adapt and localize global campaigns and messaging for each market in the region
  • Own the regional marketing calendar and coordinate across teams and countries
  • Be responsible for regional organic SoMe execution and planning in collaboration with the global brand team
  • Create and coordinate user stories, farmer-facing content, photo/video production, and translations for the local markets
  • Coordinate paid media placements in agricultural publications in each market
  • Collaborate closely with the Field Marketing Specialist on execution of events and farmer-facing activities (field days, trade shows, webinars, etc.)
  • Manage and support the Field Marketing Specialist in the region and act as team lead for regional marketing activities
  • Ensure that all marketing materials and activities reflect the Nofence brand and tone of voice while adapted to regional context
  • Act as the key marketing point of contact for Northern Europe, collaborating with Sales, Support, and Global Marketing teams
  • Bring local insights, farmer feedback, tone/language nuances and communication ideas into the global team
  • Help prepare for future market entries in the region with relevant research, adaptation, and coordination support
  • Report to the global VP Marketing and work closely with the Head of Region Northern Europe

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in agriculture, technology, or rural innovation
  • Strong generalist skills across campaign development, content, paid/earned/owned media, and brand adaptation
  • Experience in managing teams, projects, and external partners
  • Experience in both digital and physical marketing channels
  • Native-level Swedish and fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong branding understanding and communication skills - both strategic messaging and short-form execution
  • Able to adapt global content and tone into authentic, locally resonant messaging
  • Deep understanding of Swedish agriculture, its culture and language
  • Familiarity with the Norwegian, UK, or Irish agricultural context is a plus
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
