About the role

  • Analyze sales performance and recommend actions to drive business results;
  • Manage marketing operational activities, vendor payments, and invoice tracking;
  • Serve as the communication interface with cross-functional areas (Trade, Manufacturing, Sales, R&D, among others), ensuring their needs are met;
  • Manage the development of packaging artwork with creative agencies;
  • Oversee the development of new products and product improvements with cross-functional teams, controlling schedules, monitoring project phase completion, and proposing actions to ensure successful delivery;
  • Monitor market competitors for new products;
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer needs, guiding the development of new products;
  • Collaborate with leadership to define product strategies, including competitive analysis, pricing, positioning, and market differentiation;
  • Track the product lifecycle from conception to discontinuation, making strategic decisions about improvements, updates, and product retirements when necessary;
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment of product strategies and objectives, maximizing market impact;
  • Manage the budget allocated to product development, ensuring efficient use of investments;
  • Act as a point of contact among stakeholders, supporting multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the quality of deliverables;
  • Plan, manage, and define project scope, timelines, and required resources;
  • Facilitate kickoff and follow-up meetings with stakeholders;
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Foster effective communication between teams and stakeholders;
  • Train and mentor team members in project management practices;
  • Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to the definition of project roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software (MS Project or similar).
  • Experience with BI (not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of packaging development (not mandatory).
  • Strategic analytical thinking with a critical, results-oriented mindset.
  • Well-organized and focused.
  • Experience in product management, product development, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Project Management or Marketing will be considered a plus.
