About the role

  • Marketing Manager position at Immerse Education managing marketing operations and admissions funnel. Focused on data-driven growth strategies for a global academic enrichment organization.

Responsibilities

  • Map and manage the full customer lifecycle from lead capture → scoring → nurture → handoff → conversion
  • Define and enforce clear stage definitions, SLAs, and data standards
  • Maintain high-quality, accurate data across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Build and optimise HubSpot workflows for nurturing, reactivation, and post-event campaigns
  • Develop advanced segmentation and scoring logic based on engagement, geography, subject, and intent
  • Work with web and digital teams to optimise landing pages, forms, and conversion flows
  • Build clear dashboards showing funnel performance, time-to-response, and conversion by source

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, growth, or lifecycle management
  • Proven expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, scoring, segmentation, reporting)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data integration logic
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data, diagnosing performance issues, and presenting insights
  • Excellent written communication and documentation discipline
  • Highly organised, with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement
  • Graduate from a top-tier university with evidence of academic or professional excellence
  • Demonstrated record of high performance, measurable results, and ownership in prior roles.
