Responsibilities
Map and manage the full customer lifecycle from lead capture → scoring → nurture → handoff → conversion
Define and enforce clear stage definitions, SLAs, and data standards

Requirements
5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, growth, or lifecycle management
Proven expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, scoring, segmentation, reporting)
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data integration logic
