Responsibilities
enable teams in 24 countries and 20+ languages to deliver smarter campaigns and better customer experiences.
develop the framework for doing segmentation & change the way marketing teams work, moving from one-to-all to one-to-one marketing.
increase the visibility of promotions in our Ecommerce platforms to increase turnover and improve customer experience.
set up the technology and tooling to create and activate automated banners across 24 countries, including prerequisites like automated images, accurate translations, and automated publishing.
collaborate with different countries and cultures, making your work diverse, international and impactful.
Requirements
proven experience with segmentation, Customer Data Platforms, and activating personalized content across marketing channels
5+ years’ experience working with product teams to develop and launch new features
experience in a large international company, ideally corporate.
you’re tech savvy, working closely with the product team solving complex problems: being able to find a scalable solution for all countries out of different opinions and workflows
analytical: test, learning and make decisions based on data
strong in communication with stakeholders on different levels.
Fluent in English
ownership: taking ownership on your projects and building the capabilities within Kramp
project management skills: ability to manage timelines and stakeholder expectations.
