Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute marketing plans that target key demographics.
Manage partnerships with referral sources, affiliates, and vendors.
Create strategies for branding and public relations campaigns — with CEO approval.
Use digital marketing tools to maintain and grow the company’s brand as well as the CEO’s brand.
Run the marketing team on ongoing projects and campaigns.
Inspect campaigns daily and provide the CEO with updates, reports, and recommendations.
Generate leads through ads, outreach, and digital marketing, then pass them to the sales team.
Create and manage content (emails, newsletters, guides, graphics, social posts, webinars, podcasts).
Stay up to date with marketing trends, social media behaviors, and digital platforms.
Propose new campaign ideas and content concepts to the CEO for approval.
Handle other marketing duties as required and agreed to with the CEO.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Proficient in digital marketing (social media, email marketing, paid ads, PR).
Skilled at creating professional graphics and marketing content (Canva or similar tools).
Proficient experience running ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong leadership and organizational skills — able to manage projects and contractors.
Proficient with video & editing apps.
Strategic thinker who can also execute campaigns directly.
Able to work independently on tasks but align major actions with CEO approval.
Must reside in Clearwater, FL, be a U.S. resident, and authorized to work in the U.S .
