About the role

  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute marketing plans that target key demographics.
  • Manage partnerships with referral sources, affiliates, and vendors.
  • Create strategies for branding and public relations campaigns — with CEO approval.
  • Use digital marketing tools to maintain and grow the company’s brand as well as the CEO’s brand.
  • Run the marketing team on ongoing projects and campaigns.
  • Inspect campaigns daily and provide the CEO with updates, reports, and recommendations.
  • Generate leads through ads, outreach, and digital marketing, then pass them to the sales team.
  • Create and manage content (emails, newsletters, guides, graphics, social posts, webinars, podcasts).
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, social media behaviors, and digital platforms.
  • Propose new campaign ideas and content concepts to the CEO for approval.
  • Handle other marketing duties as required and agreed to with the CEO.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in digital marketing (social media, email marketing, paid ads, PR).
  • Skilled at creating professional graphics and marketing content (Canva or similar tools).
  • Proficient experience running ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills — able to manage projects and contractors.
  • Proficient with video & editing apps.
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute campaigns directly.
  • Able to work independently on tasks but align major actions with CEO approval.
  • Must reside in Clearwater, FL, be a U.S. resident, and authorized to work in the U.S .
