About the role

  • Design and build web pages in WordPress that combine strong UX with impressive conversion performance.
  • Maintain and evolve Kognity’s marketing brand system, ensuring consistency across web, ads, email, and collateral.
  • Create high-quality visuals (ads, landing pages, email templates, sales collateral, product marketing assets) that drive engagement and reflect a global brand standard.
  • Continuously optimise web performance through thoughtful design, testing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with Acquisition Marketing on website roadmap and funnel optimisation, and with external agencies on larger builds.
  • Actively bring in new tools and workflows (including AI design tools) to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to design and build web pages in WordPress, with excellent UX and strong conversion results.
  • Strong portfolio of brand-aligned digital design work across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on skills in WordPress, Figma, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Ability to create icons, UI-style illustrations, emails and lightweight product visuals to support campaigns.
  • Passion for design craft paired with eagerness to experiment with AI and emerging design tools.
  • A curiosity for AI and a drive to experiment with new tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution.
