About the role

  • Own and direct end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns accurately and within defined timelines
  • Facilitate and execute projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage marketing campaign execution for assigned clients/partners as defined on Marketing Plans
  • Utilize marketing technology platforms and historical campaign results to execute campaigns
  • Analyze historical marketing results and recommend creative and segmentation strategies to meet revenue projections
  • Determine appropriate testing quantity and package configuration for statistically valid creative testing
  • Support Business Development by providing marketing reports and communicating professionally with external partners
  • Obtain partner approvals for marketing campaigns and provide strategy and results to partners and Business Development
  • Ensure campaigns meet quality standards, schedules, and documented business processes
  • Track performance, report analytics on established cadence, and provide data-driven recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of marketing experience applying direct response principles and methodologies
  • Minimum one year of project management or project team experience
  • Knowledge executing email campaigns utilizing CRM platform(s) (i.e. Salesforce, MailChimp, Hubspot)
  • Knowledge in design principles and creative software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Knowledge in multi-channel marketing (digital, direct mail, and advertising)
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with project tracking, scheduling, asset coordination, and trafficking
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
  • Demonstrate an ability to be agile in fluid circumstances and comfortable with ambiguity
  • A curious mindset when learning and applying processes, actively seeking purpose behind initiatives and exploring innovative approaches
  • Passion for optimizing conversion via test and lean (A/B testing)
