Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the internal comms and brand teams to create and implement social media campaigns.
  • Draft posts for LinkedIn, shoot stories for Instagram.
  • Create consistent, engaging, and innovative content aligned with Prosus’ employer brand.
  • Connect with universities and external organisations to develop partnerships to drive employer brand.
  • Organise meet ups for AI talent, source external speakers, drive engagement.
  • Analyse performance metrics and offering insights to optimise content and campaigns.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and working cross-functionally to execute branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • An interest in employer branding and its role in talent attraction.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, including strategies for community engagement and increasing followership.
  • A keen eye for detail, and a passion for organising meet ups and events.
  • Exposure to content production, ideally through studies, internships, or extracurricular activities.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for developing compelling, mission-driven content.
  • Analytical skills to measure and interpret social media performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
