About the role

  • Intern supporting communication and change processes at BMW Group. Collaborating with teams to develop strategies and organize internal events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the agile team in developing new strategies, methods and processes for the communications and change concept.
  • Gain insight into the organizational and strategic coordination of rollout management.
  • Organize internal meetings, workshops and events in collaboration with the team.
  • Create and execute creative content such as newsletters and intranet posts for internal communication channels.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in industrial engineering, business psychology, business administration, communications, mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience with agile methods and tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus.
  • Excellent German language skills, a confident command of language and a creative writing style.
