Marketing Specialist focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies in the APAC region for BCD M&E. Collaborates with leadership to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director, Global Brand Marketing, Managing Director APAC & the APAC Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for the APAC region, aligning with the global marketing goals and objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing efforts, including digital, social media, PR, content marketing, and communications to drive engagement and lead generation.
Develop compelling and culturally relevant marketing content tailored to the diverse audiences within the APAC region, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more.
Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing tactics and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Keep a regional pulse on the industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within APAC, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Ensure all marketing activities and materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining a cohesive brand presence across the APAC region.
Work closely with other members of the global marketing team, sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
Minimum five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the APAC region.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
