About the role

  • Manage affiliate program: strategy, partner recruitment, performance tracking, and optimisation
  • Foster partnerships with third-party content sites, review platforms, and aggregators
  • Collaborate with content, SEO & GEO, MarTech, and product marketing teams to create high-performing affiliate content
  • Lead social media channel strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
  • Produce social-first content optimised for SEO and audience engagement, including short-form video
  • Lead community engagement and empower colleagues as brand ambassadors
  • Represent the brand on social media, creating authentic posts and on-camera content
  • Track, analyse and report campaign performance; benchmark KPIs and present insights to stakeholders
  • Identify new channels and opportunities; iterate and scale successful campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, ideally using AWIN or similar platforms
  • Ability to build and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
  • Understanding of how social and affiliate content impact SEO/GEO visibility
  • Experience using content editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
  • Results-focused, creative, and unafraid to experiment
  • B2B experience (preferred)
  • Experience or willingness to be on camera for customer-facing content (preferred)
  • Understanding of UGC, short-form video trends, and community-building strategies (preferred)
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as domains, websites, and servers (desirable)
  • Experience of brand or product management (desirable)
  • Right to work in the UK required; unable to support Sponsorship Visas
  • Ability to work 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and hybrid office attendance
