About the role

  • Support campaigns, content, and creative initiatives to build brand presence and generate pipeline.
  • Own execution of Humaans’ flagship events program—from intimate People Leader dinners to large-scale activations like HR Tech conferences.
  • Run cross-functional strategic projects directly with the founders—launches, GTM experiments, and ad-hoc growth plays.
  • Step into high-priority gaps across marketing, sales, and ops to keep momentum across the business.
  • Craft decks, comms, and narratives for prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders; partner with sales, product, and community teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, marketing, GTM, or a founder’s associate/ops role at a startup, VC, consulting firm, or fast-growth company.
  • Hands-on generalist with strong instincts for execution and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional project management skills—organised, detail-orientated, and comfortable running multiple initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to package ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where ownership and proactivity matter.
