About the role

  • Marketing Analyst ensuring integration and visuals for company communications. Organizing events and managing materials for effective communication of the company’s identity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the company's content and visual identity, ensuring integration and updates of information across all communication channels and activities such as press relations and events.
  • Organize webinars, trade shows and relationship-building events from conception through results analysis.
  • Create briefings and review communication materials such as email marketing, brochures and invitations.
  • Develop communication cadences for internal campaigns and events.
  • Review, propose and monitor press relations activities.
  • Manage vendors and business partners.

Requirements

  • Degree or currently studying Advertising, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish
  • Project-oriented mindset and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
  • Experience with email marketing tools
  • Experience in IT companies
  • Intermediate English
