Management of a panel of insurer and provider relationships across both commercial and personal lines business (but predominantly commercial) to deliver revenue to Hedron and value to Network members.
Involves contractual negotiation of the insurer service agreements and Hedron remuneration.
Meet with insurers regularly to review business plans and monitor progress and performance in line with service agreements.
Utilise MI to identify trends, issues, and opportunities in order to maximise business placed with panel insurers.
Work with internal stakeholders to identify, develop and deliver the services to insurers which enhance the Network proposition including business development strategies, marketing initiatives, provision of data analysis and insight, agency management, credit control and governance.
Work with insurers to develop and maintain a compelling insurance proposition for Network members in terms of their product offering, servicing model, trading channels, and commission.
Assist Network members and internal stakeholders with day-to-day placement queries and act as an escalation point for any trading or claims issues.
Keep the Senior Management team and internal stakeholders informed of relevant activities, key operational issues, and results.
Requirements
You’ll already have a strong understanding of the Commercial Insurance market space and all relevant products that brokers utilise on a day to day basis.
Be comfortable building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally quickly and efficiently and have a results orientated mindset.
Your skill set will be well rounded and include high level Communication (Written, Verbal, Video), Stakeholder & Relationship Management, Negotiation and IT skills with a particular emphasis on MS Excel knowledge.
