About the role

  • Define, design or redesign client business processes to improve effectiveness during transformation programs
  • Organize and lead client workshops to detect needs and operating model changes across E2E planning and connected supply chain
  • Coach and guide internal and external project teams; train team on process design improvements
  • Take full responsibility for a functional domain in larger programs, tracking deliverables, milestones, resources and budgets
  • Ensure integration of processes and linkage to best practices using internal knowledge operations
  • Gather necessary information, involve and align stakeholders, and avoid getting lost in details
  • Co-create the playbook with the client documenting new ways of working at process and organizational levels
  • Provide structure and guidance during implementation to ensure smooth, structured roll-out
  • Hold people management responsibilities: coaching, growing colleagues and supporting career paths
  • Contribute to internal continuous improvement initiatives and maintain helicopter view while diving deep when needed

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering or economics (MBA is a plus)
  • At least 6 years of experience in consulting
  • Experience shaping and defining project plans, structures, methodology and approach
  • Strong experience in designing or redesigning business processes within complex multinational planning environments
  • Experience with E2E planning transformations, advanced planning systems (APS), S&OP and data factory concepts
  • Proven ability to coach, train and lead teams; people/people lead responsibility experience
  • Ability to manage deliverables, milestones, resources and budget costs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on and able to make things happen
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model
