Responsibilities

- Oversee your team's day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with other team leaders to manage resources effectively
- Provide ongoing support to team members, including participating in client calls
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering continuous learning and professional development
- Work closely with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in recruitment and oversee onboarding of new team members
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing research
- Experience working with consultancies and investment funds is a plus
- Previous team management experience is a plus
- Proven experience in performance monitoring and reporting, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Project management experience
- Client relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective in planning and resource allocation
- Comfortable using various tools to manage workloads, communicate, and stay organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in fast-changing environments
- Fluency in English is essential, as the Paris team manages EMEA projects
