About the role

• Manager overseeing Project Management team to ensure market research project success. Promoting excellence and client satisfaction while leading a diverse team in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Project Managers and ensure the successful delivery of market research projects
• Promote a culture of excellence and client satisfaction
• Oversee your team's day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with other team leaders to manage resources effectively
• Provide ongoing support to team members, including participating in client calls
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering continuous learning and professional development
• Work closely with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
• Participate in recruitment and oversee onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing research
• Experience working with consultancies and investment funds is a plus
• Previous team management experience is a plus
• Proven experience in performance monitoring and reporting, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Project management experience
• Client relationship management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective in planning and resource allocation
• Comfortable using various tools to manage workloads, communicate, and stay organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in fast-changing environments
• Fluency in English is essential, as the Paris team manages EMEA projects
