About the role

  • deliver best in class event experiences for the firm’s associates, clients, and prospects
  • create and flawlessly complete programmatic experiences that support the objectives
  • create and manage budgets, timelines and work plans, lead planning meetings
  • collaborate with business partners to drive toward deliverables
  • manage complex event logistics, including sourcing and managing speakers and vendors
  • create dynamic production schedules
  • produce both in-person and virtual experiences
  • develop success measures and evaluate all major events against objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience planning social and corporate events as well as an understanding of industry events
  • Experience with event registration systems and event mobile app platforms, especially Cvent
  • Knowledge and experience with virtual event production
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and Zoom Meeting/Webinar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a command of proof reading
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. and work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
