About the role

  • Report to the Account Director and manage a financial institution partnership within the Scene+ loyalty program
  • Build relationships with partner stakeholders and act as a trusted strategic resource
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data Analytics) to design and execute programs meeting business goals
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and present data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Lead preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), integrating KPI progress and cross-functional updates
  • Own and lead digital and paid media strategy, including forecasting, testing, performance tracking, and reporting outcomes
  • Coordinate external and internal meetings: set agendas, track progress, distribute notes, and manage timelines
  • Ensure integration of partner business objectives into operational initiatives to enhance member experience and measurable results

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic account or partnerships management (ideally within loyalty, marketing, or digital environments)
  • Track record of monitoring performance KPIs and producing data-driven reports
  • Ability to deliver actionable recommendations based on data
  • Strong project management skills: plan, prioritize, manage multiple initiatives and timelines
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with dashboard/navigation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable steps
  • Consultative approach to client management
  • Comfortable leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and cross-functional collaboration
