Prepares monthly and quarterly reporting packages and formal business reviews, and participates in leadership presentations.
Communicates financial summaries and complex dashboard information to management, executives, and stakeholders.
Collaborates internally and externally with treasury, business strategy, investor relations, and enterprise financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in support of various financial initiatives.
Identifies and improves financial planning and analysis (FP&A) inefficiencies, implements automation or standardization initiatives, and enhances the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Interviews, selects, and develops staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis.
Requirements
5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
Logistics experience.
Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC).
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of relevant experience.
