- Identifies and improves financial planning and analysis (FP&A) inefficiencies, implements automation or standardization initiatives, and enhances the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Interviews, selects, and develops staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
- Logistics experience.
- Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC).
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of relevant experience.
