About the role

  • SAP Service Desk Agent providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for SAP Finance modules at Landis+Gyr. Responsible for resolving user issues related to SAP Finance and Controlling.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for SAP Finance and Controlling modules
  • Responding to user queries and requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to 2nd level support
  • Documenting and updating solutions, procedures, and best practices for SAP Finance and Controlling support
  • Collaborating with other SAP support teams and business units to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Min. 2-3 year’s work experience in the IT and/or finance department
  • Experienced in SAP Finance & Controlling processes and customizing
  • Detail and process oriented, organized and analytic mindset
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with the business area
  • Solution and results oriented, hands-on and willing to learn
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks, adapt to new requirements and flexibility
  • Accuracy and precision in handling/administrating documents
  • Good social skills and motivation to work in multicultural environment
