About the role

  • Investment Assessor conducting active prospecting and qualifying leads for investment services. Engaging with prospects and setting up meetings for closer sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect potential clients (minimum assets BRL 50,000) through multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email)
  • Qualify leads according to investor profile, minimum ticket size and fit with the group's services (Asset Manager, Wealth Management, AAI and Securitization platform)
  • Execute structured and persistent follow-up with leads at different stages of the funnel
  • Keep the CRM database updated with all interactions and relevant prospect information
  • Schedule qualified sales meetings for the Closers, ensuring the lead meets profile and minimum ticket criteria
  • Prepare a detailed briefing for each scheduled lead (profile, estimated assets, needs, identified objections)
  • Ensure a minimum 70% attendance rate for scheduled meetings through confirmations and pre-meeting warming
  • Keep the Closers' schedule optimized with a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Present the group's services consultatively: managed portfolios, investment funds, AAI advisory and securitization products
  • Identify prospects' needs and pain points related to wealth management, diversification and returns
  • Send educational materials, market reports and relevant content to nurture relationships
  • Conduct initial conversations about investor profile and financial objectives
  • Meet a weekly target of 18 qualified meetings scheduled for the Closers
  • Make a minimum of 90 daily contacts with new prospects and follow-ups
  • Report daily/weekly activity metrics and results
  • Operate in accordance with CVM and Ancord rules
  • Participate in commercial alignment meetings and ongoing training

Requirements

  • Active registration as an AAI with the CVM, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days
  • Knowledge of CVM and Ancord regulations applicable to AAIs
  • Commercial/sales profile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of investment products: funds, managed portfolios, equities, fixed income
  • Understanding of investor profiles (conservative, moderate, aggressive)
  • Awareness of financial markets and economic trends
  • Stay up to date on news and events that may impact the market
