Responsibilities
Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and data analysis tools using Power BI and basic programming (e.g., SQL or Python), consolidating financial information (income statement/P&L, OPEX and CAPEX) to support senior management decision-making.
Prepare analyses and executive presentations for the board, consolidating financial and regulatory results, scenarios and strategic recommendations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial performance processes, proposing data-driven solutions and promoting greater integration between technical, legal and operational areas.
Support business units in planning and monitoring financial and operational performance, identifying deviations, root causes and future impacts.
Support the budget cycle, including budget preparation, forecast revisions and projection tracking.
Work in an integrated manner with business units, the holding company, controllership and related areas, respecting defined roles and governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
Advanced Excel and ability to prepare executive presentations in PowerPoint;
Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL or Python);
Experience in financial planning (FP&A) or controllership, with solid knowledge of income statement/P&L, cash flow, OPEX and CAPEX management, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis;
Strong analytical skills and systems thinking;
Preferred: experience in infrastructure, sanitation, energy or regulated services companies.
