Responsibilities

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a professional discipline pertinent to the job function or an equivalent combination of relevant training and/or experience.
- Extensive experience leading, managing, and implementing multi-disciplinary operational programs and contracts of varying scope.
- Extensive experience leading, supervising, motivating, and coaching teams of operations professionals in a unionized environment.
- Extensive experience making critical, strategic decisions that demonstrate innovation, results-oriented leadership.
- Extensive experience in managing complex issues and influencing diverse stakeholders.
