About the role

  • Develops, implements, and administers compensation such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys
  • Manages the design of compensation structures and programs that reflect industry standards and competitive market practices
  • Develops complex compensation models and analysis to plan for executives
  • Forecasts compensation data to ensure fair pay across different job roles and demographic groups
  • Conducts routine market research and analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark organization’s compensation programs

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of related compensation experience
  • Executive Compensation experience
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work in teams
  • Agility and growth mindset (developing yourself and others)
  • Execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
