Requirements
5-7 years of related compensation experience
Executive Compensation experience
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to collaborate and work in teams

Execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting)
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
