About the role

  • Gerente PMO managing and leading customer experience projects at Motiva. Focused on enhancing mobility and improving quality of life, overseeing cross-functional teams and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all projects within the customer experience area.
  • Evaluate capabilities to meet project objectives.
  • Define goals, priorities and contingency plans.
  • Report project progress.
  • Develop success cases.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Define and manage costs and timelines in accordance with approved schedules and budgets.
  • Establish goals, priorities and contingency plans.
  • Define the communication plan and meeting cadences.
  • Motivate teams involved in the project.
  • Stakeholder communication and management.
  • Define continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Negotiation, KPI management, Leadership, Decision-making and Strategic Planning.
  • Experience in large-scale projects, such as mining, electrical, and/or metro/railway sectors.
  • You will stand out if you have:
  • Experience managing construction projects.
  • Postgraduate degree.
