Responsibilities
Scheduling, arranging and admitting residents to the facility
Pre- and post-admission support for residents
Acquisition of new residents, including close and regular contact with doctors, hospitals, clinics and other external referrers
Handling conversations with residents and their relatives, including complaint management
Conducting care-need consultations with prospective residents, relatives and our current residents
Administrative tasks as part of occupancy management, e.g., preparing care home contracts
Creating and maintaining care documentation
Requirements
Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g., Registered Nurse)
Experience with electronic documentation systems
Customer-oriented, team-player, confident and solution-focused working style
High level of social competence (strong interpersonal skills)
