About the role

  • Aufnahme- und Belegungsmanager bei Deutschlands größtem Pflegeheimbetreiber. Verantwortlich für die Aufnahme und Betreuung von Bewohnern sowie die Akquise neuer Bewohner.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, arranging and admitting residents to the facility
  • Pre- and post-admission support for residents
  • Acquisition of new residents, including close and regular contact with doctors, hospitals, clinics and other external referrers
  • Handling conversations with residents and their relatives, including complaint management
  • Conducting care-need consultations with prospective residents, relatives and our current residents
  • Administrative tasks as part of occupancy management, e.g., preparing care home contracts
  • Creating and maintaining care documentation

Requirements

  • Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g., Registered Nurse)
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems
  • Customer-oriented, team-player, confident and solution-focused working style
  • High level of social competence (strong interpersonal skills)
