- identify data protection risks and drive mitigation strategies
- mentor and guide technical staff
Requirements
- 5+ years in information security
- at least 3 years in DLP or data protection programs
- strong knowledge of DLP solutions
- data classification and encryption
- cloud security controls
- familiarity with data protection regulations and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects
- certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
