About the role

  • Draft and execute the annual partnership playbook with clear revenue and engagement goals.
  • Create proposals that tie together partner activations such as league or facility naming rights, jersey branding, event activations, and onsite sampling.
  • Scout new opportunities in corporate wellness and community sports programs to bring more players into the JAM community.
  • Act as JAM’s lead recruiter to secure new partners; build and pitch partnership proposals.
  • Deliver measurable ROI and manage partner relationships to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
  • Run quarterly partnership reviews to showcase results and plan next season of activations.
  • Work with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to design and deliver partnership activations.
  • Own contracts, compliance, invoicing, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnerships, sponsorships or business development (sports, recreation, lifestyle industries are a bonus).
  • A proven closer - track record of landing big-ticket deals and managing long-term accounts.
  • A strong network in brand, agency, and corporate wellness circles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to keep score and present results clearly.
