About the role

  • Be the voice of our customer and market expert for Deliveroo Plus
  • Shape acquisition and engagement strategy for Deliveroo Plus
  • Work closely with product teams to launch new features and products to acquire, engage and grow subscribers
  • Support development and prioritisation of acquisition and engagement initiatives with Product and Local marketing
  • Define customer segment strategies and identify levers to drive engagement
  • Lead and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Acquisition & Engagement initiatives
  • Manage the Plus lifecycle roadmap and propose, develop and optimise Plus CRM journeys with Central CRM and local marketing
  • Act as primary link between Local Markets and Central Plus team ensuring local adaptation
  • Monitor, analyse and share post-campaign and initiative performance, providing updates and insights to Loyalty, local teams and wider business

Requirements

  • +4 years experience, ideally in high growth consumer facing organisations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience with growth strategy, product marketing or customer engagement
  • Experience working in a matrixed organisations, ideally global
  • Experience working with product and insights teams
  • Skilled in leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong communicated, practised in storytelling
  • Love for data
