About the role
- Manager/Sr Manager in Analytics Consulting at Tiger Analytics focusing on Revenue Management for CPG. Engage with clients to solve business challenges using analytic solutions and data science.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
- Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value.
- Part of an extended part of the client's D&A team and/or the Global RGM team.
- Engages actively with the market SRM team to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Stakeholder management is a key requirement.
- Understanding relevant data sources and business KPIs for revenue management use cases to help assess feasibility analysis.
- Responsible for managing analytics projects, and collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger’s team situated globally.
- Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing plans to help operationalize the analytics solution.
- Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems in the Retail/CPG space will be a plus.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in analytics consulting.
- At least 4-6 years of recent experience in the CPG domain required.
- Must have strong SQL with Deck-Building experience. Experience in BI tools is a plus
- Should have some product management experience (epics, stories, user engagement, prioritization etc.)
- Should have a good understanding of SRM/RGM, i.e. Price, Promo, Trade Terms, and associated business use cases. Some industry experience will be valuable
- Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
- Strong project and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
