Local Offline Retail Activation & Partner Events Marketing Manager developing marketing strategies in Berlin for Talentspring Academy Group's educational programs.
Responsibilities
Local Events & Onsite Activation: You develop event formats that directly reach our target audiences — from on-site information sessions and counseling days with the employment agency to community formats at our Studienkreis locations.
Retail & Location Marketing: You leverage our nationwide network of locations for offline campaigns, street-level awareness, and targeted local visibility — using flyers, window displays, POS materials, posters, etc.
Building & Maintaining Partner Networks: You establish and develop partnerships with funding agencies, networks, regional institutions and key stakeholders — with the goal of positioning Talentspring as a preferred education partner.
Event & Campaign Planning: You design and manage event campaigns end-to-end — from planning and onsite team briefings to analysis and optimization.
Collaboration with Marketing & Sales: You work closely with our performance and brand marketing teams and the sales team to create synergy between offline and online campaigns — both regionally and nationwide.
Requirements
Experience in event, field, or retail marketing — e.g., from the education sector, NGOs, agencies, or the consumer industry.
Campaign understanding & local activation expertise — You know how to reach target groups in physical spaces and make impact visible.
Strong organizational skills & execution orientation — You plan proactively, stay flexible, and love getting things done on the ground.
Empathy & stakeholder skills — You are comfortable engaging with funding institutions, municipalities, local teams, and partners.
Analytical thinking & KPI focus — You evaluate campaigns systematically, learn from data, and continuously improve.
Basic digital proficiency — Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, Trello, Slack, etc. are familiar to you.
Language proficiency — You speak and write German fluently (native level); additional languages, especially English, are a plus.
Benefits
Creative freedom & visibility: You help shape our local presence — across 900 locations, in direct contact with people, and with measurable impact.
Real impact — not a virtual buzzword project: Your work helps determine whether someone gains access to a subsidized training course — and with that, real prospects.
Great team & high ownership: We work together, not against each other. You'll receive responsibility, trust, and an environment that values impact over ego.
Training & personal development: You receive an annual training budget of €1,000, access to professional sparring, and regular enablement formats.
Flexible setup & modern office: Hybrid work, Mindspace office with a rooftop terrace in Berlin-Charlottenburg, creative atmosphere and room for new ideas.
