About the role

Responsibilities
- First- and second-level support for employees in Düsseldorf and Dresden
- Administration and maintenance of endpoints (PCs, tablets, smartphones, printers) using modern management tools

- Management and optimization of the local server infrastructure
- Execution and monitoring of backup processes

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in an IT-related field
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in IT administration and support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, networking technologies, and cloud services
- Experience in IT security and mobile device management
- Fluent German and English skills
- Experience in technical documentation and project management
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and problem-solving ability
