Responsibilities
First- and second-level support for employees in Düsseldorf and Dresden
Administration and maintenance of endpoints (PCs, tablets, smartphones, printers) using modern management tools
Procurement and installation of hardware, software and peripherals
Management and optimization of the local server infrastructure
Execution and monitoring of backup processes
Administration of security solutions and WLAN infrastructure
Support of cloud applications and collaboration platforms
Maintenance and development of the ticketing system
Support of Group IT in strategic projects and process optimizations
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in an IT-related field
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in IT administration and support
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, networking technologies, and cloud services
Experience in IT security and mobile device management
Fluent German and English skills
Experience in technical documentation and project management
Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and problem-solving ability
