About the role

  • Draft contracts and other departmental documents
  • Support the management of incoming/outgoing items and update contracts and various company documents
  • Generate contract control reports
  • Organize digital and physical files
  • Open tickets in the company's legal system (Projuris) when necessary, and track their progress and completion
  • Resolve, assist with, or advise internal teams on questions or requests related to the tasks described above

Requirements

  • Education – Enrolled in a Law degree program (minimum 3rd semester)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-demand workloads
  • Availability for on-site days as required (hybrid work model)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Committed and reliable
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Ability to follow established processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
