Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
- Structure, negotiation, and draft agreements related to business formation, governance, and operations.
- Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and strategic transactions.
- Draft and review corporate documents including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate compliance, risk management, and governance matters.
- Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys on complex transactions and client matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while assisting in business development initiatives.

Requirements
- 8+ years of corporate law experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Colorado.
- Strong experience in business transactions, entity structuring, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- A client-focused mindset with the ability to deliver practical legal solutions.
