About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a suite of core leadership development programs
- Partner with business and HR leaders to ensure all programs align with company strategy, leadership expectations, and evolving capability needs
- Facilitate select workshops and experiences delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences
- Partner with the Director of Talent Enablement to support execution of key enterprise talent processes
- Coordinate process timelines, communications, and logistics to ensure a seamless manager and employee experience
- Manage program operations end-to-end, including planning, communications, scheduling, participant management, and feedback analysis
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, leadership development, and/or talent management
- Proven success managing enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to connect with leaders at all levels
- Strong project management and organizational skills, balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence
- Skilled facilitator, comfortable leading engaging group discussions and development experiences
- Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to build "new in white space”, especially in applying skills-based and AI-enabled approaches to development
- Collaborative spirit with a global mindset and genuine passion for helping others grow
- Experience either managing people directly, or managing leadership development programs
