- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reporting
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and interdependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalate as appropriate
- Establish and manage governance structures for executive‑sponsored initiatives
- Prepare high‑quality executive materials that enable timely and informed decision‑making
- Serve as the central point of coordination across business, functional, and regional partners
- Partner with HNW leadership to execute initiatives tied to growth, client experience, advisor enablement, talent outcomes, and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum of three years related work experience
- Two years of managing a project preferred
- Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
