Requirements
- Proven experience in learning development and organisational consulting.
- Strong facilitation skills with mid and senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of emotional intelligence and behaviour.
- Skilled in applying psychometric instruments to development and coaching.
- Ability to diagnose complex challenges and translate them into solutions.
- Degree or equivalent in Organisational or Business Psychology.
- Accredited in psychometric instruments (e.g. Hogan, Lumina, Firo-B, EIP3).
- Coaching qualification or experience in executive coaching.
- Experience in large complex or matrixed organisations.
- Evidence of continued professional development in leadership and organisational development discipline.
