Responsibilities
Design and deliver tailored leadership and organisational development solutions that address complex business challenges.

Strengthen team effectiveness and embed sustainable development practices.
Analyze and craft evidence-based solutions that drive meaningful change and organisational performance.
Travel between Exeter, Bristol, Bournemouth, and Redhill as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in learning development and organisational consulting.
Strong facilitation skills with mid and senior leaders.
Deep understanding of emotional intelligence and behaviour.
Skilled in applying psychometric instruments to development and coaching.
Ability to diagnose complex challenges and translate them into solutions.
Degree or equivalent in Organisational or Business Psychology.
Accredited in psychometric instruments (e.g. Hogan, Lumina, Firo-B, EIP3).
Coaching qualification or experience in executive coaching.
Experience in large complex or matrixed organisations.
Evidence of continued professional development in leadership and organisational development discipline.
