About the role

  • Design and deliver tailored leadership and organisational development solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to diagnose leadership, team, and cultural dynamics.
  • Work closely with Senior Stakeholders and HR Business Partners to influence leadership behaviour.
  • Strengthen team effectiveness and embed sustainable development practices.
  • Analyze and craft evidence-based solutions that drive meaningful change and organisational performance.
  • Travel between Exeter, Bristol, Bournemouth, and Redhill as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning development and organisational consulting.
  • Strong facilitation skills with mid and senior leaders.
  • Deep understanding of emotional intelligence and behaviour.
  • Skilled in applying psychometric instruments to development and coaching.
  • Ability to diagnose complex challenges and translate them into solutions.
  • Degree or equivalent in Organisational or Business Psychology.
  • Accredited in psychometric instruments (e.g. Hogan, Lumina, Firo-B, EIP3).
  • Coaching qualification or experience in executive coaching.
  • Experience in large complex or matrixed organisations.
  • Evidence of continued professional development in leadership and organisational development discipline.
