About the role

  • Lead by design, inspire creativity, and deliver seamless user experiences across GoodHabitz’s product ecosystem
  • Shape UX and service design supporting the entire customer journey end to end
  • Craft and deliver world-class user experiences across web, mobile, and internal-facing tools
  • Hands-on leadership: guide stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and drive confident design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to align UX with business goals and advocate for the user
  • Act as an area lead for the UX design team, focusing on service design and improving the full customer journey
  • Own and manage end-to-end projects, leading stakeholders and teams to make confident design decisions
  • Collaborate with user researchers to leverage insights and evidence in designs
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align UX vision
  • Set the standard of what “good looks like” for the UX design team; update and map user journeys with researchers
  • Lead stakeholder sessions to shape new features; co-lead the dashboard migration and redesign with Engineering
  • Partner with content and format teams to enhance user experiences; launch small-scale experiments to refine features

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience leading large-scale consumer projects (e.g., app redesigns, major product iterations, or new verticals)
  • A UX portfolio that showcases impactful, large-scale UX solutions
  • Deep expertise in service design and crafting consistent user flows backed by user research and data insights
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Experience with research-focused design philosophies using user feedback, usability data, and analytics
  • Expertise in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and thorough understanding of EU accessibility laws
  • Proficiency in Figma and ability to leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows
  • Mastery in UX tools and strong foundation in interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices for pattern libraries and design systems
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm, empathy, and creative problem-solving skills
