Lead Talent Acquisition Partner expanding recruitment efforts for Surfshark's Incogni product. Collaborating across teams and representing the company in the Polish market.
Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across engineering, marketing, data, and other teams;
Conduct HR interviews, assess role-specific requirements, and build strong professional relationships to expand your candidate network;
Partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure alignment, adoption of best practices, and strategic decision-making throughout the recruitment process;
Lead recruitment initiatives and projects that enhance how we attract, engage, and hire top talent;
Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to support employer branding initiatives and partnerships in Poland;
Represent the company externally (e.g., at meetups and job fairs) to strengthen our presence in the Polish market.
Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment;
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management;
A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy;
Strong understanding of the Polish market;
Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
