About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the IT support team, providing guidance, prioritization, and escalation management
  • Support junior team members and ensure IT support SLAs are met
  • Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises IT environments across cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) and SaaS platforms
  • Ensure uptime, performance, and scalability across servers, storage, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Administer and optimize enterprise networking systems (firewalls, switches, VPNs, SD-WAN)
  • Drive zero-trust network access (ZTNA), advanced endpoint protection, and security monitoring (SIEM/SOC)
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001:2022) are met across IT operations
  • Lead IT projects including infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations, and manage vendors/MSPs
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide tailored IT solutions
  • Propose strategic improvements to system resilience, cybersecurity posture, and operational efficiency
  • Stay ahead of evolving IT and security trends to maintain a future-proof infrastructure

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of IT experience
  • At least 1 year in a point-of-contact role / escalation lead
  • Expertise in managing Windows, macOS & Linux environments
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure (M365, Azure, OCI, AWS or GCP)
  • Proficiency in enterprise networking (SDWAN, VPN, IPsec etc.)
  • Deep understanding of network security protocols, zero-trust, SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPNs
  • Certifications preferred: CCNP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, OCI foundations, or equivalent
  • ITIL certification considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Team player with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Flexibility to work outside business hours and manage on-call responsibilities
  • Previous experience within iGaming or other regulated industries is highly desirable
