About the role
- Monitoring of our entire infrastructure.
- Continuous monitoring for stability, performance, and security.
- Design and architecture of our networks for an efficient and scalable infrastructure.
- Collaboration with security specialists to secure our systems.
- Monitoring and cost optimization of AWS environments.
- Ongoing development and improvement of our AWS architecture.
- Use of tools such as Terraform, CloudWatch, and monitoring systems for automation.
- Preparation of analyses and reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Cross-functional collaboration with the cloud engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Knowledge sharing within the team to strengthen the internal knowledge base.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of networking and infrastructure.
- Solid experience with Linux.
- Confident experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.
- Proficiency with Terraform.
- Some experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub or GitHub Actions).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- High level of self-motivation and a desire to continuously optimize existing systems.
- Fluent German and English (C1).
